[theme-reviewers] Child Themes

Hey Guys,

Just in case that you did not see as yet, this is how Child Themes will
look in extend: http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/shelter pretty cool, I
am guessing all @Otto :)

I've noticed this in style.css @Cais will that work with Themes too? If so
I love it! Also looking at your http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/16868

WordPress Required Version: 3.4
Tested Up To: 3.4

P.S. Cais is the very first author with the Child Theme in repository as
well.
