[theme-reviewers] Current Theme Unit Test Data

@Emil - I imagine that is a great tool for testing the "responsiveness" of
a theme (I trust your judgement), but how letter perfect are we going to
require the author be with their descriptions? IF there was a theme tag for
"Responsive" then absolutely we should have a consistent method for testing
its validity (much like Theme Check). Now, all that being said, if a theme
claims via a theme tag and/or states it supports a specific "core"
functionality in its description then by all means the reviewer should
insure it actually does. Otherwise, this leads to a separate discussion on
how the WPTRT should handle "misleading" descriptions.

@Konstantin - The LoremPixel site is really cool, but I think it best to
insure the images are local to the test environment as that is more likely
the end-user setup. Although I do agree it might be nice to see a change-up
in the pictures from time to time.
