[theme-reviewers] Themes approval process is really slow

Hi,

There's no automation, all Themes must be reviewed by a living person :) We
always need more people, but not many of them are willing to do this for a
longer period of time, or free if I may add.

Reviewers come and go and we cannot do anything about that. I know only
hand full of people that are around since 2010 and it's extremely hard to
find person to stick that long.
