[theme-reviewers] feedback for presentation - most common errors

Hi reviewers,

What would you consider the most common errors you constantly see while
reviewing themes? My own ideas include:

   - Improper enqueuing of styles and scripts
   - No explicit license for binaries (fonts, images, icons)
   - Not using JS included with Core
   - Not escaping output
   - Errors and warnings from WP_DEBUG
   - improper use of textdomains

Any others to suggest?
