[theme-reviewers] Upcoming 3.4 UI Changes Regarding Theme Screenshots

Good call, Amy!

I've got several of those things on my radar, and will try to point the
list to them as they come up in development discussion. If anyone else
catches anything, feel free to post it to the list as well!
