[theme-reviewers] Estimated time frame for theme review

Hi Emil

Just make sure my Author URL is ok this time before I submit the theme
again.
I am using http://themeportrait.knowhowto.com.au.

Also I am not using any theme URL as this auth URL has links to the theme
aswell and i guess its recommended to provide atleast one URL.

Please inform me if that URL is valid.
