[theme-reviewers] `new tag responsive needed?

Just my opinion, but I don't think we should be adding tags or other
special for something so ill-defined at this time.
By at least one definition I've seen, any non-fixed width theme could
be labeled "responsive".
A keyword without a solid and definite meaning just becomes something
everybody adds in order to gain search benefits. "Responsive" is the
word-of-the-moment. Adding it now wouldn't be beneficial.
