Unfortunately I think that

this search will NOT return *all* responsive Themes. Keep in mind that *Twenty
Eleven* itself *is *responsive as well as *Blaskan* or *Picolight* or *
Coraline* or *Pilcrow* or Brunelleschi or Codium or ...... just to name a
few. Or so they claim. None of them is returned and we end up with *only
seven designs*.
And even if the search would give the right results there are a couple more
reasons why I think it should be included in the "official" tags.
1. The designers would be more easily "tempted" to pick the challenge as
to design more and *better, even "really **responsive" themes* that
would play well with mobiles, smartphones, iphones, ipads big or small
screens or whatever may be out there.
2. They would also be reminded to include it as well as a tag and "make"
them use a globally accepted term instead of "mobile" and/or "smartphone
ready" (or "iphone ready" or "handheld devices" or whatever), which stays
in the description and sometimes is overlooked or can even be confusing.
3. The plugin
Theme-Check<http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/theme-check/>would
stop throwing errors.
4. *Most importantly*. Admins could check the tag when going through
their themes using the Feature Filter under Appearance--> Themes.
One last thing about appearance-->themes.
David Sander <http://profiles.wordpress.org/users/dsader/profile/public/>has
an excellent plugin (Rollover
Themes List <http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/rollover-themes-list/>)
that really captures the way themes should be shown under a
multisite/network (or a regular install). I wonder (since there are so many
improvements lately) if there could be an option for a function like this
(as there is a similar one for posts-List View/Excerpt View) as standard
for themes. The thing though with David's plugin is that it creates a menu
of it's own which is not always very convenient. Please have a look.
Thank you for your interest.

Hello,
I think you do a great job with the wordpress themes.
I have a suggestion though if I may.
I believe it is time to include the "*responsive*" tag in the themes.
What do you think?
Thank you in advance

Good suggestion, if is not too complicated I would agree. Also note that
this http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/search.php?q=responsive will return
all* responsive Themes.
