[theme-reviewers] Single Post Previous/Next Post Navigation 404 Error

This is actually a problem caused by the Theme Unit Test data import, and
the date-based pretty permalinks.

To verify, change the permalinks to default, and ensure that the 404 error
goes away.

Unfortunately, I'm having difficulty remembering how to fix the data after
import; I'm sure someone else can weigh in. :)
