[theme-reviewers] Single Post Previous/Next Post Navigation 404 Error

Newb reviewer question;

in themes using previous_post_link() & next_post_link() in single.php template, is there a recommendation for dealing with 404 that gets thrown when clicking to posts without a title? This is the post between "This post has no body" and "Many Categories" posts in theme unit test data.

Even Twenty Eleven seems to have the problem.

Or is it a non-issue?
