[theme-reviewers] going live process

What's the current process (and expected time frame) behind an approved
theme going live on wordpress.org?

I've found references<http://lists.wordpress.org/pipermail/theme-reviewers/2011-May/005809.html>in
the list to a manual process of syncing with Trac, hopefully every 24
hours - is this still the expectation?

Maybe us reviewers can help by changing Priority to Needs Sync when we
approve a theme?
