[theme-reviewers] Review Check

I did my first theme review in a long time.  I didn't see anything that 
would outright fail the theme, but there were a lot of minor issues that 
concerned me (noted in the ticket).  Could I have a more senior reviewer 
take a look and make the final call on approval/failure?
