[theme-reviewers] How to get a theme featured?

Hi Otto,
Thanks for clarifying.
However, I'm a bit confused that you don't remember iFeature.
You have actually helped CyberChimps out a few times in the past. I hate to bring this up, but if you'll recall last year our WordPress.org account was suspended after PageLines founder Andrew Powers lied to the theme review team to have iFeature and our CyberChimps WordPress.org account banned. http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/3443
You helped us restore our account after Mark Jaquith determined we did not use any of PageLines code, and that their claims were unfounded. We also met in person at WordCamp San Francisco, and you added CyberChimps to the commercial theme list. All of which I am very appreciative of, and in turn I personally have contributed to this theme review team when I could, my company sponsored WordCamp Los Angeles 2011, just sponsored WordCamp Seattle 2012, and my business partner who goes by SeizedPropaganda on .org has done over 200 theme reviews. We actively contribute to WordPress.org, and will continue to do so.
Since iFeature was approved we've moved over 196,000+ downloads since May of 2011, and we've enquired several times about getting it featured, and if I recall correctly it was Lance Willet who told me in person at WordCamp San Francisco that .org does not feature upsell themes (which made sense to me at the time). He was also the person who told me to talk to you about getting on the commercial theme list.
As you can imagine, it was bit shocking to see PageLines featured this weekend considering what they put my company and WordPress.org through when they lied about us copying one of their themes last year, yourself included when you had to figure out how to unban our WordPress.org account. To see them now be the first upsell theme to be featured on WordPress.org does not seem fair, especially when you consider their disregard for the GPL (there is currently no mention of the GPL on their website either).
With all of this said, I would like to invite you to try iFeature, a responsive drag and drop WordPress theme: http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/ifeature
Thank you for time and consideration on this matter.
