[theme-reviewers] Author URI q

So I logged in with the idea I'd try to get at least one review done today,
and the theme at the top of the queue is quite sophisticated--#6302.  I'm a
little concerned I don't have the coding chops to tackle it
effectively--but I'm happy to try!

Of course, I already have a question: I don't think the Author URI is
acceptable--http://www.pagelines.com/ doesn't qualify as a personal or
project development website in my mind... but I've been wrong on this
before. Thoughts?
