[theme-reviewers] About Theme Name

I am currently reviewing this theme and there are few new things that i
have not faced earlier,

- Theme and Author URI has also been changed in this new version.
- So, will it be acceptable to have different Author/Theme URI in the
incoming version ?

* New Author/Theme URI seems to be accepted and valid.
