Hey Iordache, and welcome to the mailing list!

We review themes, and talk about things like standards for themes in the 
wordpress.org themes repository. This doesn't mean somebody isn't going to 
develop a theme link the site you mentioned, but you'll do better to talk to 
some wordpress developers, look through the themes repository 
(http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/), and looking at some commercial themes 
(http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/commercial/)
