[theme-reviewers] simple-usable-responsive-wordpress-theme

Hi Chip,

I am looking for a general feedback on this theme at this point of time.

I am not ready to submit the theme for the review process yet. As I am
writing test cases, I am also fixing the issues that are coming up. I was
hoping for some help with testing/feedback.
