[theme-reviewers] Heads up - Bootstrap icons are not GPL

That would be a mal-applied CC license. (The CC By attribute does not
require a public back-link, although MANY developers misconstrue it as
such.)

Regardless: no CC license (except for CC0, or public domain) is
GPL-compatible.
