[theme-reviewers] Take over my Theme

I am getting super busy with Responsive Theme and no longer have time to
maintain
http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/shell-lite .

In few days Responsive will reach almost 400,000 downloads and if anyone
is interested to take over Shell <http://themeid.com/shell-lite-theme/> please
let me know.

I'll also give you Highlander Child Theme
http://themeid.com/highlander-child-theme/
as well.

If nobody is interested I'll pull down both of them :)

Theme is up to date, but improvements are needed.

Once you take over Otto will transfer the ownership to your username and it
will be your responsibility after that.
