[theme-reviewers] how to make reviewing faster

HI Bernard,

We've considered this idea in the past. The problem is, it would end up
resulting in a greater *quantity* of reviews, but not a greater *quality*
of reviews. Ultimately, the end result would be people quickly closing
tickets, in order to earn "points".

As for your other questions:

1. Legitimate questions and discussion points are never considered
"spamming". We encourage discussions such as these!
2. Just upload your Theme with a higher version number. A new Trac ticket
will be generated. Go to the *old* Trac ticket, and leave a *comment* in
that ticket, with a link to the *new* Trac ticket. When a reviewer takes on
your old ticket, the ticket will be closed as "newer version uploaded", and
the review continued on the *new* ticket.

Thanks,

Chip
