[theme-reviewers] Proper Theme Slug Use

Is the theme slug considered the theme's folder name or can it be a made up
name that is relevant to the name of the theme?

Example...

Theme Folder Name: jarrets-theme

Does the theme slug HAVE to be jarrets-theme or could it be something like
awesome-cool-jarrets-theme?
