[theme-reviewers] Feature slider default links

Just a thought, as I still maintain (see previous reply) using home_url()
for the default link and echoing it into the entry field as the most
correct method, but it may prove useful to discuss a URI resolving to a
"help" document *included* with the theme explaining how the feature works
as the default link.

This provides the functionality of showing the link can be set to a custom
url, and should help to provide support relief ... and as the "help
document" is included with the theme it also maintains the ideal of
self-containment.
