[theme-reviewers] Reviewer Privileges

Looking at number 6:

"*Once you have completed one or two reviews, and are comfortable with the
process, you will be given REVIEWER privileges in Theme-Trac, at which
point you will be able to assign and close tickets yourself.*"

I'm assuming the "*one or two*" part is dependent on the user's experience.
Since I am a theme developer myself, already use all the review tools and
test data and understand the review process I assumed the test review was
really just a formality.

Since I'm already comfortable with the process and have done one review I'm
ready to go. If you want me to do one more test review, no problem, let's
do it. :)
