[theme-reviewers] Reviewer Privileges

I was already comfortable with the review process even before signing up as
a reviewer, already use all the tools, understand the methodologies, test
my own themes with the test data etc.

Anyways, I've completed my inaugural test theme review and am ready to go.

Got plenty of free time if someone can officially bump my privileges up to
reviewer status.
