[theme-reviewers] Assign me ticket

@Sakin you're welcome. Get some reviews done, we'll check them and you can
be promoted to reviewer.

@Chandra feel free to close all tickets you reviewed (I got about 5-6, but
it could be more) all not-approved that is :) and now on you can handle
this on your own.
