[theme-reviewers] Assign me ticket

[Chandra Maharzan]

I would appreciate if admins could assign me one too. I had requested
on Aug 1 but no one has assigned me so I just went ahead reviewing
some themes. I had emailed and posted on the queue too. I didn't want
to wait as the enthusiasm may die waiting for assignment.  :)
