At a minimum, you would need to remove every reference to
t-online.de [1] (a telecom site) from the Theme. Beyond that, I cannot
say. The authority to block/unblock usernames is outside of the
control of the Theme Review Team. You will likely need to ask Otto

Yes, those are spam. Sponsored links are considered spam links.
Sponsored Themes are not allowed in the repository. This policy was
pointed out to you in several tickets, and you ignored it - which is

That appears to be the issue, then. I assume that your username
has been blocked, since you've repeatedly submitted Themes with spam

Login to Theme-Trac using your wordpress.org [23] username and
password - the same username and password you use to login to upload
the Theme. Then you'll be able to lave comments on tickets. Thanks,
