Hi Jim,

You are not the only one who is facing this issue. Many users of my theme also reported this issue, but I didn't find any solution. Perhaps users who have just created a new WordPress account are facing this issue.

It is easy for me to rate the plugins but i tried a lot to rate the themes, But i didn't get success as rating is disable for me, How do i rate the themes and what all steps i have to follow to do that.
