I'm pretty sure that StudioPress has an entire ecosystem for Genesis Child
Themes - an ecosystem that might provide a better audience for such Themes.
As it is, the same questions would apply from my previous response,
regarding copyright/license attribution, and degree of
design/style/functional difference from the original work. Themes that are
essentially "skins" of another Theme generally will not rise to meet such a
standard.
