[theme-reviewers] WordPress 3.4 Beta 1

I just worked through the add_custom_background() and
add_custom_image_header() deprecation updates with Oenology. I'll try to
get a tutorial post up ASAP.

(Spoiler: it's pretty much dead-simple, and will reduce a bit of code
bloat.)
