[theme-reviewers] theme approval turnaround

It's a volunteer job so if you want to do it, I believe it would be great
to.

Just to let you know - keep in mind that it won't work only if you record it
with the web client, there is some coding to be done (for the pauses, for
the scrolling and few more details) that actually take the time.
