[theme-reviewers] Broken Theme Uploads

*Hi,

*There are quite a few themes that have been uploaded but I am unable to
open the relevant zip files. The following are a few examples of themes that
I am struggling with. Some of the authors have re-loaded their themes (some
quite a few times) but the problem persists. Can someone please advise as to
what I should do with regards to these themes.
