[theme-reviewers] Problem with theme upload tool?

Hi,

 

I have detected 2 cases today in which an uploaded theme had a corrupted
archive and nothing in the SVN.

Here's the first ticket (closed by myself):

Then I saw a second:

http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/3789

 

There may be other. I wonder how they got past theme check.
