[theme-reviewers] Page listed on Commercially Supported GPL Themes don't offer GPL Themes!

I found out that the page *http://wparcade.com/ *listed on
http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/commercial/ doesn't offer any GPL themes.

They are released under a custom license:

Such site should not be listed on the "Commercially Supported GPL Themes"
page.
