I'm sorry that your perception of my "attitude" offends you. Again, I
would caution you against reading emotions into text, since text is
not a particularly emotive medium.

Frankly, that's all I have to say about that. You seem to be reading
things that I'm not writing, and that's a bummer, but not one I can
correct. Perhaps you should review and consider reading my emails as
if I'm trying to help you instead of hinder you. Perhaps read them as
if I'm smiling while telling you them. I don't know, might help...

Seriously, I'm not trying to have any sort of "I know better than
anyone else" attitude. But I *do* know, and this is just how it is.
Sorry if you don't like it. Not much I can do about your perceptions.
