[theme-reviewers] What about themes for webdev?

Oh yes, I know, my question wasn't specific to my Basics theme or comments
made by reviewers, wich are indeed usefull for me and for themers too ;)

It's just a general question about places for themes for themers. I think
that the svn may be usefull for people to fork themes without the use of
githut or whatsoever.

For example, in Basics I display the pseudo and the email adress of the
admin ID 1 in the footer for contact purposes. I know that it's a potential
issue for people in general, but not for developpers.
