[theme-reviewers] wordpress updater isn't updating complete theme

You didn't appear to put any files in the subfolders. Look in the SVN:

http://themes.svn.wordpress.org/wpfolio/1.73/

I'll roll the current version back to 1.72, but you need to upload a
fixed version of the theme.
