This point was brought up in previous discussions and, by majority IIRC, it
was considered not feasible.

I still believe there is merit to doing it but it would also require
manually creating a ticket in Trac to "publicly" report the findings; or
some other reporting method. This is still likely to be a very time
consuming activity with I would suspect no ROI due to few or no responses
from the authors of the affected themes.
