[theme-reviewers] CSS3 Validation ?

Child Themes: simple answer, *NO*.
Longer answer:
The Theme-Trac system is ready for Child Themes. The Theme Review process is
essentially ready for Child Themes. Extend is capable of listing Child
Themes.
The problem is primarily the infrastructure within WordPress itself, and the
way that the "Add New Theme" functionality handles Child Themes. The core
dev team wants to improve on the UX before green-lighting Child Themes in
the Repository.
