[theme-reviewers] Theme "Live" Request + One Question

Hello,
Hopefully enjoying good health.

I am waiting, when the new version of my theme will be "Live". So i will be
able to publish it on my blog. Here is the ticket which has been marked as
approved. http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/4563

*Question:*
Is there a way to display an update notification about a theme on the
User's Dashboard, when there is a new version of theme which they are using?
