[theme-reviewers] Theme Unit Test Data: Gallery Columns

I wrote this plugin when the [gallery] shortcode was first added to core:

I'm sure it's not completely fool-proof, but it's been tested with 
1,000s of themes and setups.

I've even got a mini version of the script that I include with themes 
(w/o the admin options).  I'll be more than happy to help anyone who 
wants to integrate it into their theme.
