[theme-reviewers] Which Theme?

Hello, 

I am not sure which theme would work best for my clothes design website.
There are many cool templates! I need to put a video on my website as well.

Also am wondering if I want to make changes to website template is the only
contact to Word Press thru email? Not sure I am comfortable with that.

Any thoughts?
