[theme-reviewers] Spam links reported in Theme Repo

Regarding wp-ideas spam, I just gave ipstenu mod access on ideas. I
have faith there. ;)

If she's not willing, then recommend somebody and I'll
promote/demote/angrykill as needed.

Point being, if there's an unsolved wp.org problem with spam, then
just email me about it and it'll get done eventually. I'll find
somebody or figure something else out to do about it.

We really, really hate spam.
