[theme-reviewers] Hard-Coded Feed Links

A bit of assistance will be appreciated.

I am currently reviewing a priority 2 theme that has implemented automatic
feed links in functions.php but has also hard-coded a feed link in the head
section of header.php. This is the only issue on the theme. Is this grounds
to not approve the theme or could this be something the author can be asked
to rectify with the next revision of the theme?
