[theme-reviewers] Topic for Discussion: Theme Obsolescence Guideline Proposal

I've had it hang twice. Each time with Chrome. I think the problem has
something to do with whether or not I am logged into wordpress.com. Each
time I was and it hung. The only way to put my comment was to log out.
