[theme-reviewers] Theme-Check version

Theme Check checks the parent Theme and essentially ignores the child theme
... or so it appears.
I was updating a child-theme of mine and though I'd see how Theme Check
would handle it knowing there was a definite item it should be reporting. It
did not report anything, then I realized it was reporting on the parent
theme which passes all the tests.
