[theme-reviewers] Is Something Wrong with the Theme Preview function?

shows here as well.

I think that this is or at least could be one of the issue here. If you view
the source, you'll find that jQuery is loaded twice:

Just above the closing </head> there is an old jquery-1.2.6.min.js and just
after the style bb-ratings.css we have the latest 1.4.4 jQuery. I do know
that this should not be like that.
