[theme-reviewers] Theme Ticket Request

Takes about 5-15mins if i'm being lazy and theme-check plugin reports a ton of stuff to 1/2 hour for a full check on one including security, when I first started it was about 45 minutes

      I paid close attention to:
        a.. Previous tickets 
        b.. Theme Check plugin 
        c.. http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Unit_Test & http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Review

        Here's what I would suggest:


        1) Review previous tickets, and ensure that previous-ticket comments have been addressed
        2) Check the Theme's output using the Theme Check plugin
        3) Step through the Theme Review Guidelines, and note any issues
