Try to cover as many as possible/reasonable ... or in other words, if its a
general issue provide some specific examples not every single instance of
the problem.

IF you find something that is truly wrong such as Author URI, or Theme URI,
or especially non-GPL compatible issues then you can generally kick those
back right there.

Part of this initial process is also learning what makes for a good and
helpful review both for the reviewer and the Theme author.
