[theme-reviewers] Theme-Check

All right, first of take a look at the newest screenshot, I've managed to
capture the "bug". After 8 log in/log out and clean cache found the issue.

.theme-check ul {

 margin-bottom:10px;

 overflow:hidden;
}

The overflow: hidden; is the issue here, once removed all works just fine.
Tested few times and everything was good.
